•  Experience in writing procedures for plant commissioning, routine maintenance, administrative controls, standards, laboratory operation & NIST traceable standards.

•  Experienced with GE, ABB, Siemens and Westinghouse control systems on large steam electric generators, gas turbine generators, compressors, and mechanical drive systems. 

•  Experienced with ABB, Bentley-Nevada, CE, GE, Fisher, Foxboro, Honeywell, Moore, Rosemount, Westinghouse and Yokogawa instruments, controls & actuators.  Also with DCS, SCADA & PLCs of various brands & generations.

•  Experienced with motor control centers, switchgear and VFDs to 4160 VAC & 6000 horse power. 

•  Experience ranging from pneumatic recorders & computers to latest digital controls.

•  Skilled in interpretation of Loop Sheets, Panel Drawings, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Signal Flow Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, and Wire Lists.

11-15-10 to 1-20-11  I&C Technician for TASC at Dow Deer Park TX Plant.  System reliability surveys.  Examine loops for failure causes.

9-10 to 11-10  I&E Technician for TASC at Kinder Morgan and Rhodia in Houston, TX

2-10 to 4-10  I&C Technician for Westgate at Dow Plaquemine LA.

Maintenance of gas & steam turbine power plants.

9-09  I&E Technician for Contech Control at Albemarle Pasadena TX Plant.

Start up of Exxon pilot plant for synthetic oil production.  Mostly work on Honeywell TDC3000, Micro Motion flow meters and VF motor drives.

11-09 to 1-10  I & C Technician for ISC at BMCP ExxonMobile Beaumont TX.

Repair and restart I&C after flood.  Mostly Foxboro and Micro Motion equipment looped to new Foxboro iA DCS.  Troubleshooting & startup followed by maintenance work.

7-08 to 9-08  I & E Technician for NAES at Geneva Energy, Ford Heights, IL.

General repairs & upgrades after lightning damages to many systems.  Woodward 505 governor  testing.  Repair GE, AB, Siemens, Fanuc & other PLC systems.

2-08 to 6-08  I & E Technician for Contech Controls at BP Texas City Plant.

Test, calibrate, upgrade & repair petroleum plant not run in several years.  Configure, rewire & start new Panalarm annunciators.  Red line plant modification packages.  Test & repair safety systems & emergency shutdown systems.  Verify & test switchgear trips.  Configure, install & test new transmitters & positioners.

10-07 to 10-07  I & E Tech for NAES at Granite Ridge Energy, Londonderry NH

Fisher DVC5000 & 6000 positioners, Westinghouse 501G gas turbine & Siemens HRSG systems.  Fisher AMS.

9-07 to 10-07  I & C Tech for Atlantic Group at Harris Plant, Progress Energy.

Westinghouse 7300 card calibration.  Wet & dry transmitter calibrations, Bentley vibration instrumentation.

7-07 to 8-07  I & E Technician for Emerson at BP Sunray Gas Plant, Sunray TX

Test, repair & calibrate I & C equipment.  Walk down, document equipment.  Run Foxboro DCS console supporting 2 loop test teams.  Record As Found equipment conditions & name plate data.  Document & red line errors in plant drawings.

02-07 to 3-07  I & C Technician for Atlantic Group at Brunswick Plant, Progress Energy.

Surveillance tests.  Verify performance of nuclear safety systems.
